This is where I personally inform you if there are concerns about compatability, or, its just simply plug and play (one type only).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Post-Purchase

Firstly, have you tracked the parcel with your tracking number provided? It can be found in your confirmation email. If you can’t find this email, check junk mail. 

If you have no luck with tracking the parcel, contact one of our staff members on the supplied phone number below. 

Firstly, determine if it was a error on our end, or yours. Compare the part you received with the photos of the part on the website. 

If there is a difference in the part you ordered vs the part you received then it’s possible we’ve packed the wrong part entirely. 

With all this in mind, it’s best you email us at partsfactoryaustralia@gmail.com. Send us a few photos of what you received vs what you need and we will do our best to sort it out for you. 

No Fear! That’s what insurance is for! Simply send over a few pictures of the damage to Partsfactoryaustralia@gmail.com. We will inspect the damage, and most likely send you out another unit Free of Charge. 

Immediately take a photo of what you have in front of you. Send these images over to Partsfactoryaustralia@gmail.com. We will determine what’s happened, and most likely send you out the required products free of charge. 

The tracking details are attached to your order confirmation email. This email is sent to your nominated email address that you entered when you checked out. Check junk mail if you cannot find the email. If you need to apply to change the nominated address, contact us from the correct address at Partsfactoryaustralia@gmail.com

Send us an email at PartsFactoryAustralia@gmail.com and depending on the situation, we will either approve the return or offer a postage label free of charge.
