Yes. Local pickup is available between 7:30-5pm Monday to Friday.

We are same day ship away! Order before 4pm and we will post it that day.

Warranty and Returns

3 Years on Regulator Parts (Not Performance). See Product Warranties for a breakout on an individual level. 

Yes. In order to qualify for the 3 Year Warranty the correct precautions must be taken when fitting or installing our items.

The maximum length of time required to accurately determine warranty specifics is 7 days. Most are completed within 3 business days. 

We are. Any item damaged during delivery from us to you is accounted for by us. We will send you out a replacement free of charge!

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being received. 

This comes down to the reasoning behind the return. 

If the customer changes his mind, he/she pays return costs.

If the part is the incorrect fit, due to an error on the website or alternative sources then we pay the freight.

If the customer orders the incorrect part due to improper research and/or diligence then he/she pays return freight costs.

If you are a private customer, and you sell the car, the warranty is not transferable to the other party.  

Yes. If you are buying the part on behalf or for a customer’s car, they are eligible to maintain the part warranty. They will have to use your shop in the future if they choose to persure the warranty

China and Vietnam! The majority of our products are developed in China or Vietnam! In our eyes, each country has its own strengths and weaknesses and we are are aware of them. We thoroughly test many manufacturers in order to find the ones that develop up to our standards.  

Yes! But not with a quick turnaround. We allow customers to input ideas for products to develop via our Recommend a Part Page 

Contact us and we will determine the best cause of action. Usually, we work with the customer assisting them to either come up with an alternative solution of full return for a refund. 

We do not directly operate against part numbers. We believe that part numbers aren’t always the most important determining factor for product selection. A more personal experience where we tell you exactly what fits every time 

Because we are direct to consumer! Most Manufacturers sell to a middle man, who then directs it to a shopfront. As we do not have a ‘shop front’, we chose to operate direct to consumer saving money for our customers. 

Yep! We navigate through the different levels of manufacturing quality, selecting and refining our product list. This assures we have a good balance off price/quality for our customers.
