High Quality Feel and Look Interior Tube Lighting for the neon stip effect that later model cars like AUDI and BMW have. These are High Quality Interior Lights, designed for seamless integration into your car’s electrical system. You can use the cigarette lighter that is supplied, or splice it into the electrical system of your car (SEE PROFESSIONAL HELP).

The lights can have adjustable brightness if you attach to your cars interior lighting electrical system.

To install the wire into your interior, it is placed between the stitching gap between panels and or peices. It has the appendage to do so, and use some 401 Super Glue to fix into place.

How do I track my item?

If it’s just the suburb, do not worry. Our software will automatically assure the delivery address is rectified before sent.

How long after my order until you post?

We are same day ship away! Order before 4pm and we will post it that day.

Warranty and Returns

Whats the Warranty and How does it work?

3 Years on Regulator Parts (Not Performance). See Product Warranties for a breakout on an individual level.

Does it need to be fitted by a Mechanic?

Yes. In order to qualify for the 3 Year Warranty the correct precautions must be taken when fitting or installing our items.

If I Submit a Warranty request, how long until you get back to me?

The maximum length of time required to accurately determine warranty specifics is 7 days. Most are completed within 3 business days.

The item was damaged in transit. Who's liable for that?

We are. Any item damaged during delivery from us to you is accounted for by us. We will send you out a replacement free of charge!

I've had the item for under 30 days.. Can I return it?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being received.

Who pays the return freight cost on returns?

This comes down to the reasoning behind the return.

If the customer changes his mind, he/she pays return costs.

If the part is the incorrect fit, due to an error on the website or alternative sources then we pay the freight.

If the customer orders the incorrect part due to improper research and/or diligence then he/she pays return freight costs.

How do I seek reimbursement for outstanding returns freight costs?

Is the Warranty Transferrable?

If you are a private customer, and you sell the car, the warranty is not transferable to the other party.

Can I Transfer the Warranty to my Customer if I am a shop?

Yes. If you are buying the part on behalf or for a customer’s car, they are eligible to maintain the part warranty. They will have to use your shop in the future if they choose to persure the warranty

Where are your Items Manufactured?

China and Vietnam! The majority of our products are developed in China or Vietnam! In our eyes, each country has its own strengths and weaknesses and we are are aware of them. We thoroughly test many manufacturers in order to find the ones that develop up to our standards.

Can you source other parts for me not on your list?

Yes! But not with a quick turnaround. We allow customers to input ideas for products to develop via our Recommend a Part Page

If I buy something, and its incorrect... What happens then?

Contact us and we will determine the best cause of action. Usually, we work with the customer assisting them to either come up with an alternative solution of full return for a refund.

Should I be matching part numbers before purchasing?

We do not directly operate against part numbers. We believe that part numbers aren’t always the most important determining factor for product selection. A more personal experience where we tell you exactly what fits every time

Why is it so cheap compare to others?

Because we are direct to consumer! Most Manufacturers sell to a middle man, who then directs it to a shopfront. As we do not have a ‘shop front’, we chose to operate direct to consumer saving money for our customers.

Is that quality good?

Yep! We navigate through the different levels of manufacturing quality, selecting and refining our product list. This assures we have a good balance off price/quality for our customers.
