Original Purchase Receipt
Check your email for the order confirmation from Parts Factory Australia.
Mechanic Installation Invoice
A signed invoice from the licensed workshop that fitted the part is required for most claims.
Photos of the Fault
Clear photos of the damaged or faulty part help us assess your claim faster.
Photo ID
A photo of a current ID is required to verify your identity as the original purchaser.
Order Number
Your original order number β found in your confirmation email or your My Account dashboard.
