In short; Evidence. Any mechanic that has diagnosed the issue will understand the evidence that we require. An example would be: If an alternator wasn't charging, we would ask that the alternator be left on the vehicle and video recorded with a multimeter testing the output amperage and voltage etc etc. Video this in short, and send it over to us when requested.
Unfortunately if the unit cannot be tested on your car running, then it's impossible for us to accurately determine the cause / problem. Please make sure the video is recorded as your evidence before you remove the part.
Depending on your own personal choice, it can take up to 7 days for a replacement to be delivered to a customer. It can take up to 4 buisness days for a refund to be awarded.
