How quickly will you send my order?
In-stock orders placed before 2pm Queensland time (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at or after 2pm, on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day. Australian orders under 500g receive free Express Post; orders 500g and above receive free regular postage. Count transit from the first business day after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Use the delivery map above for your state and service, or read our shipping policy.
What if my order misses the delivery window?
Our $15 cashback delivery guarantee covers in-stock Australian orders that miss the upper end of the window for the postage service purchased, including carrier delays. For a 2–3 business-day window, you can claim if it has not arrived by the end of the third business day following dispatch. Weekends and public holidays don’t count. Contact our team with your order number and tracking details; once the delay is confirmed, we’ll process your $15 refund straight away. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. This is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Are the parts sent from Australia?
Yes—Parts Factory Australia dispatches from its warehouse in Molendinar on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Check each listing for stock status. You can contact our Australian team for fitment and delivery help.
Do you deliver car parts internationally?
Yes. We offer international postage, including FedEx to the UK, US, Canada and Germany, and Australia Post to New Zealand. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available services and the exact shipping charge for your order. Recipient import duties and taxes are extra. What does the 3-year warranty cover?
