Fiesta WS/WT Diesel EGR: Keep HHJE and HHJC Build Ranges with the Valve Reference

The selected Fiesta EGR valve is for stated 1.6L 66kW turbo-diesel manual applications. It does not establish petrol, 1.4L diesel or every WS/WT valve configuration.

Keep engine code, body and build dates together

The WS/WT diesel electric EGR valve uses Ford reference 5S6Q-9D475-AE. Confirm the VIN, actual build month, engine code and original reference. The table is the selected offer’s scope, not a statement that every Fiesta bearing those series names uses the same unit.

Compare the actuator, round connection and flange

Actual product-gallery view. The selected package contains the valve and the single metal gasket shown.

Check the electrical socket, black cylindrical actuator, round pipe connection and two-hole mounting flange. Compare full views from the same direction before deciding that a similar cylindrical valve is the same configuration.

If the socket or connection is obscured, request a detail photograph. Do not infer a terminal count, test specification or operating setting from the outside housing.

Distinguish a valve package from a more complete supply

The offer includes one electric EGR valve and one metal flange gasket. The cooler, pipe clamp, wiring and installation hardware are excluded. A picture of an adjacent pipe or another seller’s complete system is not evidence of those items being included here.

Have the workshop establish the fault and determine the additional parts needed. A compatible valve is a fitment result, not a diagnosis of why the vehicle is showing a warning or running complaint.

Send a useful variant enquiry

Provide the vehicle identifiers, original number and accessible labelled photographs of the complete valve, socket, pipe connection and flange. State any difference rather than choosing the closest-looking unit. Use vehicle-specific service information for testing, fitting and commissioning.
