At Parts Factory Australia, we stand behind every product we sell. That’s why every part comes with our 3-Year No Bullsh*t Warranty. If the part fails within 3 years due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it or refund it — no fine print, no runarounds, no waiting weeks for answers.

It covers all parts we sell and all genuine faults — not damage from dodgy installs, crash damage, or backyard modifications. Just send us your proof of purchase and show us what went wrong — we’ll sort it fast.

We move through stock quickly, so you’re not getting old junk from the back of a warehouse. Our parts are fresh, current, and built to last — and if they don’t, we’ll make it right. That’s the Parts Factory promise. Simple. Honest. Aussie.

We prioritise fast and reliable shipping so you can get back on the road without the wait. Orders placed during business hours are dispatched immediately for fast turnaround.

✔️ Free Express Post on orders under 1kg – arrives in 2 days (3 days for WA)
