At Parts Factory Australia, we stand behind every product we sell. That’s why every part comes with our 3-Year No Bullsh*t Warranty. If the part fails within 3 years due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it or refund it — no fine print, no runarounds, no waiting weeks for answers.

It covers all parts we sell and all genuine faults — not damage from dodgy installs, crash damage, or backyard modifications. Just send us your proof of purchase and show us what went wrong — we’ll sort it fast.

We move through stock quickly, so you’re not getting old junk from the back of a warehouse. Our parts are fresh, current, and built to last — and if they don’t, we’ll make it right. That’s the Parts Factory promise. Simple. Honest. Aussie.
