At Parts Factory Australia, we stand behind every product we sell. That’s why every part comes with our 3-Year No Bullsh*t Warranty. If the part fails within 3 years due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it or refund it — no fine print, no runarounds, no waiting weeks for answers.

It covers all parts we sell and all genuine faults — not damage from dodgy installs, crash damage, or backyard modifications. Just send us your proof of purchase and show us what went wrong — we’ll sort it fast.

Ask us a question ↗
How do I match a 5ND827566C boot switch?

Confirm the original reference, build date and camera equipment, then compare every connector and the handle housing. Tiguan generations and equipment levels differ. Send your VIN and photos to our team if the reference or connector arrangement is uncertain.

Will this add a reverse camera to a vehicle without one?

Do not assume it is a complete retrofit kit. Compatibility depends on the existing wiring, camera system and vehicle equipment. Confirm what is fitted to your Tiguan before ordering, and have the release or camera fault diagnosed first.

Is it shipped from Australia?
